LwXMLP Library W3C Compliance:
The LwXMLP library version 1.0.0 is tested to measure the conformance against the XML syntax defined by W3C Recommendation by applying the test suite provided by W3C XML syntax XML W3C Conformance Test Suite 20130923, Such that the test suite include the following:
- Positive test documents which the processor must accept (producing at most a warning) and some of tests are associated output documents which hold a normalized representation of the data that type of processor is required to report when parsing the input document.
- Negative test documents for which the processor must report an appropriate type of error for the thing being tested by that document and the error must always relate to the case being tested; it must also be containable for validity errors, and fatal for well-formedness errors.
Some of the test cases in the W3C Conformance test suite are ignored because they are intended to test the older edition 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the XML while the LwXMLP is complying with 5th edition.
